Optishot.com.au is Australia's only official supplier of Optishot products and accompanying accessories. Online store items will be delivered within 2-5 business days upon order processing.
Items are shipped to Australian addresses only. If you wish for our products to be shipped to a location outside of Australia, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or send your request here (click here)
Shipping prices will vary from product to product. The price will be determined during the checkout process.

In the event that you need to return an OptiShot® Golf product, please read and understand our return policy below, then fill out the online refund request form and submit it to OptiShot® Golf for processing.
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you containing instructions on how to return your purchase which will be sent to the email address you provide us. (Please allow 3 – 5 days for processing)
Our 30-Day money back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from OptiShot® Golf, and does not apply to shipping charges.
All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be borne by you until the returned item is placed within our custody and control at our premises.
You must ensure that the following documents are included with the returned item:
A printed copy of your RMA form.
We will only process refunds for any returned item purchased if:
- the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, and
- it was purchased directly from OptiShot® Golf or www.optishot.com.au, and
- the returned item is in its original packaging with all original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories, packing materials and
- if any gift or free product was enclosed together with the returned item at the time of purchase, such gift or free product must also be returned together with the returned item.
All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment through which payment in relation to the original purchase was made. Once received by us, please allow 3-5 days for processing.
After inspection of your returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, less shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees that may apply. Please note, in addition, it may take your credit card company a few days to show the return on your statement.
Restocking fees will be applied for returns which are missing items or returned after the 30 day return period: 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns received with any of the following: missing items, damaged items and/or failure to include this Return Authorization form, and returns received after the 30 day return period.
Note: All refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.
